My Life Coaching Philosophy
As a Life Coach, it is my responsibility to listen and ask questions. All sessions are driven by the client. I do not tell the client what to do, rather I help the client discover their own solutions through questions and observations.
How Does Life Coaching Work?
Life Coaching sessions should be life changing. For life change to occur, it is important that the client have a general understanding of why they feel they need life coaching.
When you decide to try Life Coaching, we will begin with a consultation call to see if Life Coaching will benefit you. (see below) If you as the potential client, and I as the coach agree that it would be beneficial, we will set up our first appointment.
Before that appointment, I may send you some assessments to work through that will help both you and I determine a starting point for the session. We will spend most of our sessions asking and answering questions. Sometimes I will have some additional homework or assessments for you to complete before the next session.
Sessions will usually be scheduled about 2 to 3 weeks apart. It all depends on your goals as the client.
Don’t live near me? Not a problem! All coaching sessions can be done via the computer. Do not let distance deter you from seeking life coaching.
