Or perhaps you’ve tried to set goals in the past only to find yourself coming up short. You’ve been discouraged by your lack of progress in life. I know I have felt frustrated at times. And I’ve even thought that perhaps goal setting was not for me.
Maybe your lack of achievements when it comes to goals results from an overcomplicated goals-setting process. Or it could be that you overestimated what you could achieve in a year.
